About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Events Lead Generator to join Bath Flip in our retail design centers. This is for PART-TIME & FULL-TIME retail stores in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. As a Events and Retail Lead Generator, you will play a key role in generating appointments with homeowners for our home services program.

Responsibilities:

Engage, educate and excite people to set in-home design appointments

Hit revenue targets for retail locations

Assist customers in finding and selecting bath products

Provide product knowledge and recommendations

Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation

Assist in coordinating event logistics and follow-up with attendees

Requirements:

Prior experience in lead generation or event coordination

Professional and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Strong organizational and time management skills
