About the Role:

As a Customer Relations Specialist at Bath Flip, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients. With a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, you will handle sales inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image for our company.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services

Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

Verify accuracy of all contracts/invoices/payments received

Accounts payable reporting and reconciliation

Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary

Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or customer relations role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
