About the Role:
We are looking for an in office experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bath Flip in Londonderry, NH. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional and prompt in-person, telephone and email service to our clients.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, follow-up and support.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (Occassional weekend remote support)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Process orders and payments accurately
Update customers on pending requests
Scheduling of jobs and service requests
Take customer payments and update in billing system
Pulling permits and coordinating site inspections
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience preferred
This is a fast paced, high energy retail sales environment where you will work as an integral team member to meet goals and deliver the best customer service.
The ability to quickly build rapport with customers to understand their needs is essential.
Ability to make people feel comfortable and give them a wonderful experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional follow-up skills and task reminders
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent
