About the Role:

Bath Flip, a leading home improvement company in New England, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Canvass Lead Generator. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads by canvassing neighborhoods, retail locations, building outside relationships and engaging with potential customers. Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door and retails canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate leads

Engage with homeowners and provide information about our services and promotions

Collect contact information and schedule appointments for our sales team

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company

Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets

Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of our canvassing strategies

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Keep accurate records of leads generated and appointments scheduled

Requirements:

Prior experience in door-to-door sales or lead generation is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Friendly and approachable demeanor

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
