    About the Role:

    We are looking for a Customer Service Leader to join our team at Bath Flip in Londonderry, NH. As a leader in the home renovation industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we need someone who shares our passion for customer satisfaction to lead our customer service team.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist customers with inquiries, product, and order processing mainly over the phone

    Provide excellent customer service through in-person interactions

    Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets

    Process payments and transactions accurately

    Schedule jobs and services with strong followup skills

    Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

    Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues

    Monitor and improve customer service processes and procedures

    Train and onboard new customer service team members

    Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in a customer service leadership role

    Excellent listening and phone skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong problem-solving abilities

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
