About the Role:

We are looking for FULL & PART TIME Retail Store Ambassadors to join our team at Bath Flip in our NH & MA retail showroom locations. As a Retail Store Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, setting homeowner appointments, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect bathroom, flooring or home replacement products for their needs. You must have a dynamic personality and possess an ownership mindset to be successful.

Responsibilities:

Engage, educate and excite people to set in-home design appointments

Hit revenue targets for retail location

Assist customers in finding and selecting bath products

Provide product knowledge and recommendations

Run marketing contests and promote sweepstake campaigns

Develop partnershipsrelationships with retail location

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to produce required revenue goals

Ability to work weekends and stand for 8 hour shifts

Knowledge of bath and beauty products is a plus

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
