As a Accounts Receivable and Finance Assistant at Bath Flip, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will handle all accounts receivables and invoicing for this branch, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image for our company.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of consumer accounting experience, basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts payable and receivable, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Verify accuracy of all contracts/invoices/payments received

Accounts payable reporting and reconciliation

Process customer finance applications, verifications and provide support for customers

Accurately review payments with customers and assist with any questions

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Maintaining accurate scheduling, customer records and updating billing information as necessary

Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner

Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution

Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed

Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with accounts receivable and collections.

Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PDF software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy

Detail Oriented, highly organized and possesses excellent customer service skills.
