    As a Marketing Assistant , you will support our Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing department. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • College degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Business required

    Responsibilities:

    Showroom Decoration & Events Management:

    • Decorate the showroom for events and regular business
    • Manage and promote events in the showroom
    • Handle walk-in customers, setting appointments (eligible for bonuses)

    Coordination of Events and PR Campaigns:

    • Assist in organizing and promoting "Baths for the Brave" and other community events
    • Participate in the creative production of marketing materials
    • Assist in TV campaigns such as customer testimonials
    • Coordinate radio campaigns and billboard creation

    Administrative Support:

    • Schedule and maintain the calendar for the Marketing Director
    • Take notes and manage full email/communication control
    • Conduct reporting and data analysis for all vendor relationships
    • Prepare reports for quarterly leadership meetings
    • Manage marketing projects and miscellaneous errands and personal tasks

    Community Engagement & PR:

    • Foster community engagement and identify PR opportunities that align with the brand mission

    Marketing Spend & Material Management:

    • Report and manage marketing spend
    • Ensure the quality and management of marketing materials, including brochures and leave-behind materials
