What You’ll Do

Run in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners (no cold calls)

Use our proven 5-step sales process to present solutions

Close deals effectively (40%+ close rate when system is followed)

Report results immediately after each sit

Experience in home improvement or other high-ticket one-call close sales

Track record of $1M+ annual sales preferred

Goal-driven, resilient, thrives in a performance culture

Strong ability to connect through questions and listening
