Requirements:

Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.

Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful, but not necessary.

It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.

The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment. Our goal is for a long term growth with this team. We want to enjoy our group of skilled craftsmen; be committed to success and that brings better pay and perks!!

We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local team. We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role. Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs, but there are a few requirements that help us determine whether someone will have the skill set to be able to learn quickly.

You may be a great fit if you are the following:

Attention to detail and take each repair as if it's your own home repair.

Enjoy working with a team and learning new skills.

Ability to be efficient in work and take pride in the results.

Customer oriented and relational. We work from integrity, honesty and best results for each repair.

Excellent work ethic.

Countertop Repair Technician: Spot repair of laminate, granite, quartz or marble as well as resurfacing these surfaces. Any experience with these are ideal for the type of work repair and refinishing we offer! We train or bring your experience to the team!

Bathtub Repair Technician:

We are looking for someone who has experience in either the process of refinishing or repairing bathtubs. Familiarity with the common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel and acrylic. We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation. You'll learn other surface repair capabilities as you grow with us.
