The physical therapy care coordinator uses their skills and expertise in customer service, to help people eliminate pain and dysfunction through physical therapy. This care coordinator interfaces with clients to provide a physical therapy experience that is awesome every time, while providing essential support services to assist in the administration of physical therapy care. Tasks will include general reception, scheduling patients, insurance verification, internal/external marketing support, precise data entry, collecting co-pays, co-insurance and fees.
