    Position: Production Manager (Bakery)

    Location: Colton, California area 

    Qualifications:

    \+ Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Food Science, or Business

    \+ At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in a Commercial Baking environment

    \+ Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and Key Process Indicators (KPI)

    \+ Manage Production Team, Production Schedules, and Workforce Labor Planning to achieve on-time Customer deliveries.

    \+ Maintain Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in Production Lines and Packaging Equipment

    \+ Knowledge of AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA regulations.

    \+ Bilingual (English / Spanish)
