Job Description
As the OFFICE & TRADE SHOW COORDINATOR, you will provide support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the organization, as well as manage all aspects of all US tradeshows and other events. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion. Responsibility for events includes logistical planning of larger tradeshows, as well as smaller sponsorships and meetings.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be experienced in working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet research, and data management.
Language Skills:
Education/Experience:
High School Graduate or equivient (GED), Bachelor's degree is a plus or a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Additional Information
HOURS: M-F, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Overtime is possible.
POSITION TYPE: This is a full-time, non-exempt/hourly position.
