We're currently searching for a Corporate Buyer to help us source the very best in pet food and consumables and ensure our shelves (and our customers’ homes) are always stocked with tail-wagging goodness.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for quality, strong negotiation skills, and a love for all things pets.

**What You’ll Do
** • Source and procure top-quality pet food and consumables that our customers—and their pets—will love
• Negotiate pricing and establish long-term relationships with trusted suppliers
• Manage purchase orders and communicate updates across internal teams
• Create and optimize product listings using SEO best practices to boost visibility
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure compliance with MAP and margin guidelines
• Track inventory and coordinate timely deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand and improve our product offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, merchandising, and customer service
• Address quality concerns swiftly and effectively with suppliers
• Represent BaxterBoo at occasional industry trade shows and pet product expos

**What We’re Looking For
** • Experience: 3–5 years in a purchasing or buying role (experience in the pet industry is a big plus!)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Photoshop experience is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A genuine passion for pets and the pet industry

**Physical Requirements
** • Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs (especially when unpacking the latest must-have pet products)
