    ****SUMMARY

    A growing multi-brand company is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, proficiency in graphic design, and possess excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive business growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.

    • Create and deploy marketing materials such as graphics, videos, print, and copywriting. Must be proficient in graphic design.

    • Develop, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting and creating content, creating segments, and scheduling deployments.

    • Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    • Collect and analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

    • Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and campaign results for presentation to the team and management

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce and search engine optimization (SEO)

    • Digital marketing agency experience preferred, but not required

    • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, and content management systems

    • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, such as, Big Commerce, Shopify, and Wordpress

    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Office

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

    • Creative thinking and the ability to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas

    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
