A growing DTC online retailer is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive business growth.
** RESPONSIBILITIES**
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing
Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and copywriting
Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms
Monitor social media trends and user engagement to optimize content strategy and increase brand visibility
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, creating segments, and scheduling deployments
Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other content to enhance our website's SEO
Collect and analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and campaign results for presentation to the team and management
Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brands to expand our reach and engage new audiences
