    SUMMARY
    A growing DTC online retailer is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive business growth.

    ** RESPONSIBILITIES**

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing

    • Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and copywriting

    • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms

    • Monitor social media trends and user engagement to optimize content strategy and increase brand visibility

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, creating segments, and scheduling deployments

    • Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

    • Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other content to enhance our website's SEO

    • Collect and analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

    • Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and campaign results for presentation to the team and management

    • Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brands to expand our reach and engage new audiences

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, and content management systems
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Creative thinking and the ability to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
