  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Dedicated administrative support for the Water, Mold and Contents departments.

    Administrative support in such areas as:

    Managing and updating all administrative and job tasks per program requirements.

    Producing, follow up, update all invoices and accounts receivables.

    Assist in preparing estimates.

    Uploading all documentation as required for all programs.

    Answer incoming phone calls as needed.

    Data input for all daily time sheets.

    Produce PO's for all emergency response subcontractors.

    Approve and post all subcontractor invoices.

    And other duties as assigned by your manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position within the restoration industry preferred.

    Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook.

    Knowledge of accounting and estimating software a plus.

    Good organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent follow through and follow-up skills.

    Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

    Must be friendly and outgoing.

    Must be a team player
