Job Description

Bay Bolt is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist to join our tight-knit and effective team. Prior experience in construction fasteners and bolting is helpful, but not required. You will be cross-trained in all aspects of fastener sales to our construction and OEM customers. You will respond to order and quote requests from the phone and email, purchase inventory, and arrange inbound and outbound logistics to get bolts where they need to be on time. ​RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a reliable, effective, and cheerful team member
• Carefully determine customer needs for the correct bolting materials
• Accurately enter customer orders and purchase orders
• Politely and efficiently assist customers over the phone and in person
• Purchase material and arrange logistics
• Read and understand project drawings, standards, and specifications
• Exercise basic math and algebra skills
• Maintain accurate paperwork

• Demonstrated professionalism, trustworthiness, and cooperativeness
• Detail oriented
• Proficient writing and math skills
• Clean driving record
