    Relief Residential Counselor - Quincy

    • SATURDAY 7am-12pm; SUNDAY 3pm-11pm

     team of caring and friendly Residential Counselors in Quincy, MA!

    Granite House is a community-based group home in Quincy, MA for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18 years old that have been referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) or the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The program focuses on stabilizing a youth's mental health symptoms through evidence-based, and trauma-informed care practices through systematic treatment and intervention thus enabling
    adolescents to improve their social/emotional functioning, functional coping skills and community safety in order to achieve their greatest potential and return home to family, friends, and community. Staff are
    required to participate and engage in daily activities with youth such as homework time, teaching and coaching through daily living skills, participating in physical activities (basketball, running, YMCA, etc),
    cooking, building therapeutic rapport and coping skills, transporting and engaging in activities in the community as well as implementing the behavior management system. 

    This position offers flexible hours!

    Relief Residential Counselors work shifts on an as needed basis.
