    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, along with solid IT support experience and working knowledge of Salesforce. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT Support Specialist to grow their skills and take their career to the next level.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide support and serve as the primary point of contact for all internal users with IT support issues, which includes hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Effectively onboard new hires by configuring hardware specific to their role and ensuring they have access to all necessary software systems.
    • Manage all IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain IT protocols.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce, performing system configurations and customizations in Salesforce as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and process/system improvements.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to internal users on how to effectively use internal software platforms, such as Salesforce.
    • Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
    • Provide excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • +5 years of experience in an IT support role
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, system configurations and data models
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Positive, can-do attitude and fast learner
    • Experience with call center/IVR tools such as Amazon Connect, Net2Phone and/or Twilio strongly preferred
    • Salesforce certifications a plus
    • Experience in a laboratory, hospital and/or clinical environments a plus

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING ENVIRONMENT

    • Hours and days may vary depending on operational needs but are generally Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
    • Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary.
    • Some lifting (up to 40 pounds) may be necessary.

    Up to 90% of the time operating computers and other productivity machinery

    Compensation : $91,500-$115,000
