    POSITION SUMMARY

    Wellness team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our team and keep it running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our team with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

    _We’re a small team looking for an employee who can independently complete delegated tasks with high quality. _

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Manage, input and maintain accurate up to date client information, building new client charts and auditing current charts.

    -Scheduling visits for clients and communicating with clients and providers.

    -Data collection weekly and monthly.

    -Creation of monthly calendars and newsletters to be distributed to clients.

    -Develop and maintain procedures consistent with the policy for protection of PHI.

     

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    -Decision-making: Independent decision making on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.

    -Communication and collaboration: Collaborate with management, other team members and clients as needed. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

    -Organizational skills: Organization and prioritization to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.

    -Writing: Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and writing will be used on a daily basis.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

    High school diploma or GED, Bachelors preferred.

    Proficient in Microsoft office/excel

    Experience in office setting preferred
