Job Description

Attention Customer Service Enthusiasts! A family-owned shipping company, located in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer use with experience in email programs such as Outlook and Gmail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time and able to lift packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Opening and closing cash drawer daily.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Desirable but not mandatory:

• Experience with Postal Mate POS software
• Background in shipping and packaging
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Cajun-French
