POSITION STATUS: Non-Exempt

WORK SCHEDULE: Part-Time | 20hrs

REPORTS TO: Production Director

THIS POSITION SERVES: Creative Resourcing

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with various aspects of production including, but not limited to, weekend services, events, installs, administrative tasks, and maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining the Main Auditorium:
  • Backstage cleaned and organized
  • Rack Room organized
  • FOH clean and organized
• Schedule/organize team times for production team
• Assist in maintaining/tracking items being fixed or replaced
• Attend staff meetings, department meetings, and if needed, planning meetings.
• Provide weekend support to campuses as directed by the Production Director.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit and train Dream Team members for volunteer positions
• Help create and maintain a healthy team culture.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

1. Creating a collaborative environment for staff and volunteers.
2. Ability to learn and operate all areas of production.
3. Ability to lead and grow teams.
4. Communicating often, clearly, and in a timely manner.

• Must have completed the Growth Track at Bayside or moving forward in doing so.
• Regularly attends worship services with their family
• Is an active participant in a group and is a regular tither
