POSITION STATUS: Non-Exempt

WORK SCHEDULE: Part-Time | 20hrs (including weekends)

REPORTS TO: Service Producer

THIS POSITION SERVES: Creative Resourcing

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the streaming, recording, editing, and archiving of weekend services and requested events.
• Provide oversight for streaming and communication equipment.
• Lead, develop, and train broadcast/online Dream Team members.
• Attends staff, department, and programming meetings when necessary.
• Collaborate with campus production staff to ensure all video and broadcast systems are working as expected and documented.
• Collaborate with Production Director to create and establish SOP's for staff and Dream Team members. 
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Production Director.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be knowledgeable on proper streaming practices. (CCLI, Copyright, broadcast standards, etc..)
• Maintain current operating procedures to assist with training volunteers, maintaining systems and hardware.
• Assist in facilitating global events as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance on weekends for campus production staff.
• Be knowledgeable of any updates to all relevant video equipment.
• Research and develop next steps and opportunities for growth.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Ensuring live streams are stable and backup plans are in place.
• Providing weekend support and trouble shooting for campus production staff.
• Building a team of well-trained broadcast volunteers.
• Creating a collaborative environment for staff and volunteers.
• Communicating often, clearly, and in a timely manner.
