BAYSIDE PURPOSE: To help people know God, find family, live in freedom, and discover their purpose.

MINISTRY PURPOSE: To build a foundation on the Word of God in the children of Bayside. We accomplish this through a Bible driven curriculum, excellent weekend experiences, and relationships built through small groups.

BAYSIDE BIG 5: Teachable, Called, Hungry, Others Focused, Positive Attitude

POSITION STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt

WORK SCHEDULE: Part-Time/ 20 hours per week

REPORTS TO: Kids Campus Director

THIS POSITION SERVES: Lakewood Ranch Campus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:     

• Weekdays Duties

  • Manage weekly BayPro and Worship volunteer schedule
  • Update Planning Center Services in a timely manner including service flow, songs and volunteers
  • Create and execute Set Design For each Months Series
  • Fostering close relationship with Elementary Coordinator to ensure Theater and Backlot are in collaboration with Resourcing and Lakewood Ranch Campus

• Volunteers

  • Meet with, Recruit & train Coaches/Team Leaders, BayPro and Worship Volunteers
  • Meet with, Lead and build relationships with Coaches/Team Leaders, BayPro and Worship Volunteers

• Weekend Responsibilities

  • Implement overall program in collaboration with Resourcing
  • Ensure physical Theater environments meets BCC's standards
  • Facilitate weekend operation including Pre-Service Meetings
  • Ensure flow of service is in line with Resourcing and BCC standards
  • Have all equipment including Lights, Theaters, Music, Video Games and Pro-presenter ready in a timely manner.
  • Set Up of Backlot Environment and maintaining Backlot Area before and during services
  • Tear Down and Reset of Backlot and Theater Environment

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Events 

  • Assist in the execution of Summer Camps, 412, and other Bayside Global Events.

• Meetings

  • Attend All Staff meetings once a month
  • Attend Staff Training Classes once a month
  • Attend monthly Bayside Kids Central Support meeting
  • Attend Weekly Bayside Kids Recap Meeting

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

1. Adequate pool of trained volunteers that meet weekend ratios
2. Work with Operations Manager to create a Safe, clean, engaging weekly environment that meet quality review standards
3. Weekend Services
4. Timely completion of set design, scheduling, weekend set up and planning center scheduling.
