Responsibilities: • Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests • Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied • Manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information from the sales team to stakeholders and hotel departments • Generate sales presentations and a variety of additional materials for prospective customers highlighting event space, dining and catering services, and facility amenities Qualifications: • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Displays a proven track record of sales success • Weekend availability as needed
