Baytree Landscape is hiring for FIELD MANAGERS (CREW LEADERS) in Nashville, TN!

Field Managers are responsible for and work alongside a 3 to 6 man landscape maintenance crew. THE FM WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Ensure crew safety
• Plan daily job site tasks for crew and help develop weekly schedule.
• Manage project hours and cost budgets
• Complete daily time cards for crew
• Complete service reports for each job
• Develop strong relationship with customers in your portfolio
• Speak with customers on a daily basis and address their needs
• Maintain truck and equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
• Reports to an Account manager

-Works alongside their crew

-Mowing, edging, shearing, pruning, blowing, pulling weeds, planting, picking up trash etc. 

-Monitor and improve job quality

• Hire/Evaluate/Train/Hold Accountable their crew members
• Identify and help sell landscape enhancements within your portfolio

QUALIFICATIONS:

• English Speaking (Bi-Lingual is a plus)
• Valid drivers licence and satisfactory MVR
• 1 year of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• 2 or 4 year degree in related field preferred. Additional years of experience and/or industry certifications can substitute for no degree.
