The Administrative Assistant will report directly to and support the Program Director of Prosthodontics and will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Clinical Director of Operative and Digital Dentistry. The Administrative Assistant will assist with calendar management and scheduling of meetings, recording minutes at various meetings; ordering supplies, paying and reconciling invoices; making travel arrangements, drafting and proof reading of correspondence, assisting with the management of the patient treatment centers, and managing the teaching activities of the Prosthodontic and Digital/Operative Programs. The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in arranging meetings, maintaining appointment schedule and disposing of requests for information.
