JOB DUTIES * Fully learn and become proficient in all company software programs and applications * Train employees on systems as needed Hardware/Software: 1. Maintains hardware and software 2. Assists with upgrades hardware and software systems 3. Ensures the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision 4. Ensures that software licensing laws are adhered to 5. Keeps up to date with the latest technologies. Security:

1. Ensures back-up systems operate effectively 2. Ensures the security of data from internal and external attack 3. Manages crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems Customer Service: 1. Evaluates user needs and system functionality and ensuring that the facilities meet these needs 2. Provides users with appropriate support and advice; System: 1. Manage e-mail system, create/modify e-mail accounts, troubleshoot and solve e-mail system issues 2. Oversee the phone system, add/delete extensions, including physical removal and adding of phones and lines. Troubleshoot phone system issues to their conclusion * Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma * Some college coursework in information systems preferred * Ability to commute to multiple store locations as required C. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS * Extensive computer skills * Experience with POS systems, Epicor Eagle preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Aware of industry trends and uses for business advantage D.
