    As our Home Health Schedule/Authorization Coordinator , you’ll be the welcoming face and helpful voice that sets the tone for our entire office. From supporting our care teams to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, your work will help drive our mission to provide outstanding patient care.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and field staff
    • Manage a busy multi-line phone system with professionalism and care
    • Schedule home visits and organize weekly case conferences
    • Track physician signatures for orders and Plan of Care documents
    • Oversee office supplies, postage, and workspace organization
    • Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and internal communications
    • Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets
    • Coordinate building maintenance with landlords and vendors
    • Assist marketing with media procurement and promotional materials
    • Help plan team-building events and office celebrations
    • Draft and prepare internal communications for field staff
    • Run reports from our industry-specific software
    • Support general office operations as needed

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare or home health is a plus)

    • OR a degree from a 1–2 year business college

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

    • Ability to quickly learn new software and tools

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not required

    • A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
