We are seeking a SCRUM Master to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with client product owners and enterprise software scrum teams to drive jointly created plans and outcomes.
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Surface impediments within the Scrum team and manage escalations and resolution through appropriate channels.
• Protecting the team from externalities, and removing barriers to team success while managing focus on squad objectives.
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally.
• Lead by exhibiting agile values including open and honest communication.
• Host agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Foster an environment where team members have a voice and freely participate in and advocate for continuous improvement.
• Track common Sprint metrics and maintain dialogue with the team on performance, challenges, accountability, and recognition.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years working as a scrum master or project management in a web development environment
• Scrum master certification
• Ability to guide and coach the Scrum Team on use of Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• Power user of Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira to manage project backlogs, assign and track user stories and compile releases.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Knowledgeable in web development technologies
• Excellent management of details
• Strong understanding of agile processes and scrum
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate and provide feedback effectively to others.
