Job Description

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team! As an Implementation Specialist you will communicate with clients to understand their business challenges and help them achieve their organizational goals by implementing BeSmartee’s software solutions from discovery/requirement, configuration, software development, user acceptance testing to deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spearhead, create and drive full project implementation plan per each client you onboard
• Serve as main point of contact to ensure a successful onboarding process
• Train and educate customers on how to use the BeSmartee system
• Create documentation to help scale onboarding efforts
• Identify potential issues with each onboarding project and work with Product, Engineering and Client Success to take timely and effective action to resolve them
• Present and drive a consultative approach to onboarding that is both empathetic to clients’ pain points and objectives, and educate on best practices
• Proactively communicate onboarding risks, delays, and priorities to all stakeholders
• Surface onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set up and onboarding experience
• Partner with respective Client Success Account Managers and Account Executives to nurture client relationship
• Manage multiple projects and daily tasks in an organized manner and with on-time delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ plus years of relevant client success/onboarding/implementation management experience
• Expertise in B2B SaaS Implementation and onboarding practices
• Recent Experience in the Mortgage industry in the last 5 years preferred
• Familiarity with Client Success best practices and methodology
• Deep knowledge of SaaS products and services
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Experience in a fast paced startup environment
• Must be able to understand software code
• BA/BS degree is required
