Utilizing more than 165 direct vendor integrations, big data, artificial intelligence and process automation, BeSmartee’s Mortgage POS, TPO Platform and Home Equity POS offer high-touch, end-to-end production experiences that shorten lending cycles and reduce costs, taking today’s originators and borrowers deeper into the mortgage process, faster.

    We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team and help grow our logos and revenues.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maximize our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through new client acquisition primarily, and current client upsell secondarily.
    • Do everything responsibly to win the sale if our solutions can truly help our clients achieve their goals; because a sale is an event, while a solution is a driving mission.
    • Covet relationships, build deep connections, earn trust and love our clients; because you never sell to a business, you sell to people who work inside a business.
    • Earnestly help our clients solve their problems and capitalize on their opportunities by going beyond product demonstrations into a trusted advisor role; because products are simply a tool towards greater outcomes.
    • Directly close on new logos and revenue in order to meet personal Annual Contract Value (ACV) goals set annually by our company. Includes, but not limited to:
      • Prospecting, sales calls, demonstrations, negotiations, reporting, CRM tracking and handoff to operations post-close.
    • Work directly with your manager to provide feedback, reporting and to receive personal feedback. Includes, but not limited to:
      • Report on your individual pipeline, goals/targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and related professional and personal objectives.
      • With your managers leadership, collaborate to maximize effectiveness of sales calls, communication, sales process improvements and overall sales performance on a regular interval.
      • Continuously stay abreast with a thorough understanding of our products, solutions, and industry trends to effectively maximize overall sales performance.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Mortgage lending and technology knowledge/experience.
    • 3+ years of individual experience in sales roles.
    • 3+ years of practical experience mastering the concepts and principles of sales prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, systems and technologies.
    • Proven ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships, both personally and professionally.
    • Strong track record demonstrating ability to directly prospect and close new logos/revenues.
    • Proven success navigating and closing Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Large Enterprises, with ability to quickly identify the decision makers and decision-making process of these organizations as it pertains to SaaS purchasing.
    • Highly motivated professional experienced and adept at interacting at all levels of a company.
    • Strong bias-to-action, as well as a strong sense of practicality, resourcefulness and effectiveness.
    • Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments.
    • Strong oral and written communication, problem solving, analytical skills, and ability to make decisions and recommendations.
    • Ability to foster teamwork and communication.
    • Must possess discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
