Looking for a leadership role that doesn’t feel like the same four walls every day? Avenue Pub Orange Beach is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run the show at our fast-paced, on-the-water beach bar. It’s high energy, team-driven, and no two days look the same — especially when the crowd rolls in and the sunsets hit.

Responsibilities:

Help manage daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations

Support, coach, and lead team members during service

Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day staff needs

Help maintain service standards, cleanliness, and workflow

Address guest needs and resolve issues professionally

Work closely with leadership to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Able to stay composed and lead in a high-volume environment

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Willing to work nights, weekends, and busy seasonal shifts
