    We're a growing law firm in South Bay (Los Angeles) area looking for an outstanding Client Services Coordinator to join our team and work hand-in-hand with the managing attorney. This is an entry-level position and the candidate we are looking for will primarily be responsible for greeting clients and assisting them with any needs over the phone. They will also take charge of conducting client intake calls and communicating/strategizing client intake with our attorney. Our ideal candidate has proven experience in providing an amazing client experience and wants to go the "extra mile" when assisting clients and colleagues alike. They also have careful attention to detail, are able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and are reliable under pressure. If this describes you, we want you to join our team! Responsibilities: Primary: • You will be the FIRST point of contact with the firm, handling and responding to incoming calls, emails, and messages • Create potential new client profiles, present to managing attorney, and participate in the assessment of appropriate intake path • Collaborate with internal team to ensure sales, marketing, and other queries are handled appropriately, including proactively suggesting improvements to processes • Generate monthly reports for sales and marketing related metrics (eg: website impressions, social media interactions, etc) • Memorialize all interactions with potential and current clients in a firm internal database Secondary: • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree/Associates Degree • 1+ year(s) of experience in client/customer-facing role • Flawless oral and written communication skills • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships • Comfortable with handling multiple responsibilities concurrently Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
