A ROCK STAR CANDIDATE IN THIS ROLE WILL…

• Effectively supervise multiple assurance engagements (audit, review, compilations) simultaneously
• Develop strong client relationships, becoming the primary contact for day-to-day client engagement
• Develop and train seniors and staff in both technical areas and practice/engagement management
• Take responsibility for overall engagement planning and delegation of work
• Perform as needed and supervise the planning, fieldwork, and completion of engagements
• Perform detailed review of workpapers prepared by staff and provide effective feedback
• Go above and beyond the average auditor and obtain an excellent understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries and their audit/assurance/tax needs
• Proactively generate ideas and strategies to assist our clients
• Engage in practice development activities and participate in the prospect and proposal process
• Demonstrate leadership and bring an awesome attitude and personality to our office environment

WHAT WE EXPECT

· 5-7 years of progressive audit experience at a public accounting firm

· 1-2 years of audit supervisor experience

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

· Licensed CPA

· Strong technical skills

· Capable of managing an audit team for complex audit engagements

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills

· Solid written communication skills

· A generally kickass person!
