    As a Lead Conversion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with our hot leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the initial stages of their real estate journey. Responsibilities: • Proactively reach out to hot leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to initiate conversations and assess their real estate needs. • Schedule appointments between potential clients and our real estate agents. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate follow-up and lead nurturing. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion. • Stay informed about the real estate market trends and regulations to provide accurate information to leads. • Be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to accommodate the schedules of potential clients. • Utilize problem-solving skills to address any concerns or questions from leads promptly. • Demonstrate persistence and resilience in following up with leads until they are ready to convert. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the brokerage. Qualifications: • Demonstrated motivation and a results-driven approach. • Flexible schedule with the willingness to work outside normal business hours if necessary. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in writing. • Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology. • Experience working with CRM software and managing client databases. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns efficiently. • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
