    Our successful digitally savvy Long Beach real estate firm has a suite of exciting projects underway and we are looking for the right candidate to help us execute them in the marketing coordinator role. With various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon, we’re hiring a skilled marketing coordinator to design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals, increase brand awareness and lead generation. The goal of the job is to achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of our marketing roadmap. Flexible hours, mix of remote and in-office schedule. You should have a solid understanding of digital, print, social, and traditional marketing efforts as well as analytics and tracking, experience with individual social media channels, and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers and are responsible for monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand. Responsibilities: • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules • Create email campaigns using existing templates. • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions Qualifications: • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook • Experience as a marketing coordinator or similar position • Photography and Videography experience, including editing. • Design experience and knowledge of Canva a plus. • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills. • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • Fluency in English • Major in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations a plus. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
