Responsibilities: Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Follow-up with leads to increase sales Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications: A successful and proven sales history is preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Technology driven Organized and manages time effectively Self-motivation and drive • Min of 5 sales transaction • Proven Real Estate production • Active Real Estate license • Bilingual is a plus • Sales background preferred Compensation: $100,000 at plan yearly
