Beachside Animal Hospital is a new stand-alone hospital in beautiful Satellite Beach, FL. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our recently opened full-service small animal hospital. My practice and staff faithfully provides the highest quality veterinary care for our clients and their 4-legged family members. At Beachside Animal Hospital we offer a friendly and supportive environment, new and competitive pay structure, career development and growth opportunities. Our daily team structure makes for an enjoyable and efficient workday with MTWF hours of 8 am to 5 pm, and two Saturdays a month from 8 am to noon. We are located just steps from the beach, so bring your bike, surfboard, and sunscreen to relax in the beautiful beach community during breaks!

Responsibilities Include:

Obtain thorough patient history and record keeping

Client communication and education

Animal restraint and assisting with physical exams

Venipuncture, ability to place IV catheters, administer medications

Running in house labwork

Radiography – animal positioning

Dental cleanings and dental radiography

Anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance

Pay: $17 - 23 starting, commensurate with experience, negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

8-hour shift, MTWF

Weekend availability: 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent (required)

Veterinary Technician Experience: 1 Year (required)

Veterinary Technician Certification (preferred)
