    Beachworks LLC is a small family investment company that does big things! Our focus is on Off-Market Acquisition, Real Estate Investment/Development, and brokerage services. Each business group adds value to our projects by identifying opportunities, creating desirable and unique projects, and then working together with consumers to complete our cycle. Our sales teams do over 100 transactions a year and close to $250 million in sales annually. We're looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our high-performing team. Responsibilities: As our Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of our off-market property acquisition endeavors, responsible for: Sales | Negotiation • Generate and nurture inbound and outbound leads • Develop a strong network of local Real Estate Agents for prospecting off-market opportunities • Utilize Salesforce to track and save qualifying questions • Evaluate property leads, research financial viability, and complete proformas Walk Through • Capture and upload site images with branding • Complete property walk-through sheets • Collaborate with the Dispositions team to create marketing materials Transactional • Draft offers and manage property contracts • Handle negotiations throughout the sales process • Ensure comprehensive transaction tracking and documentation • Maintain and update all Opportunities/Transactions in Salesforce CRM | Deals Management • Keep Opportunities/Transactions updated in Salesforce • Contribute to daily progress reports • Collaborate on mailing campaigns with the marketing team • Ensure leads are actively followed up on and logged into the CRM system Leadership • Regularly meet with management to achieve goals • Communicate challenges, issues, and ideas to management • Assist in developing team goals • Provide coverage for team members when needed Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: • Located in the greater Seattle area, with reliable personal transportation • Previous experience in real estate acquisition • Strong negotiation and networking skills • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools • Knowledge of financial analysis and property evaluation • Excellent communication and leadership abilities Compensation: $68,000 - $100,000 yearly
