As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our team part-time. If you are passionate about Salesforce, possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development, and are looking for a flexible and dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you! Position Overview: As a Part-Time Salesforce Developer/Administrator at Beachworks, LLC., you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the potential of Salesforce to enhance our business operations. You will be responsible for customizing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and objectives. Responsibilities: • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements. • Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain custom applications, reports, and dashboards. • Manage integrations, user profiles, roles, security settings, and access controls. • Collaborate with various departments to gather and document requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality. • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Assist in data management, including data imports, updates, and cleaning. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience. • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer certifications are preferred. • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture. • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc. • Experience with APIs and integrations. • Experience working on an Agile development team (if applicable). • Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. • Personal computer with Microsoft Office. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
