    We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to assist our growing Acquisitions Team! You will be the first point of contact for our clients. As an Inside Sales Representative you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the outside sales representatives. You will regularly follow up and continue to build rapport with potential clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. We promote within and after a year of experience in this role you will have the opportunity to move into an outside role with on target earnings of $70,000 - $90,000. We provide thorough training that sets you up for success. Salary includes a base, commission, and health care. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound phone calls  • Respond to all digital leads- face book, website, etc. • Primary duties include outbound calling and e-mail communication  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner • Regularly track and manage follow up activities • Accurately qualify appointments for outside sales representatives  • Drive and door knock targeted properties for acquisitions • Participate in regular training and education requirements • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to inquiries  Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Office  • Self starter • Have a professional appearance at all times  • Have a reliable and clean automobile  • Have a cell phone  • At least one year of sales experience  • Comfortable with an inside sales environment - outbound calling, lots of office time  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Comfortable with working evenings and or weekends • Salesforce experience is a plus • Real estate experience is a plus  • Customer service experience is a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 at plan
