Our client, a private equity/venture capital firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join their growing NYC office. The successful candidate will be organized, confident and have strong attention to detail. Duties include liaising with the Client Services Team, participating in meetings with existing and prospective investors, completing detailed note taking and key follow-up action items, working with business development team to support new deal processes, maintaining the company's database of current and potential fund investors, responding to investor due diligence requests including RFPs and DDQs, creating and updating marketing materials for the fund and co-investments, supporting the drafting and distribution of quarterly investor updates and firm communication, and managing strategic projects related to new business development initiatives. BA/BS required with at least two years of full-time work experience in financial services (public/private investing, investment banking, prime brokerage, research sales, etc.), experience in IR is required. Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office. Base salary up to $100-125K with competitive benefits and discretionary bonus! Great growth opportunity.
