Manage the full cycle recruiting process and collaborate with all teams in the organization to anticipate all evolving staffing needs of caregivers.
Collaborate closely with Managers on current recruiting needs, areas of future interest, and communication
Strategically build and maintain an ongoing distribution network of job placements and postings via field travel, research, cold-calling, and distribution network that will attract potential candidates
Assists with job posting and advertising processes
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
Interview potential caregivers and onboard for all locations
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Take the initiative to identify challenges and develop solutions. Think creatively
Basic computer knowledge/skills
Prior work history in recruiting in home care is preferred, but not required
