Beacon Infusion Healthcare Services LLC is a rapidly growing national infusion management company delivering top-tier infusion and long-acting injectable services to patients in free-standing patient care centers. Due to our rapid growth, we are excited to announce several opportunities to join our rapidly expanding sales team of Account Managers throughout the United States. The Tele-Sales Representative is an important component of our sales team, and a first point of contact for referral sources to Beacon such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Care Coordinators. The Internal Sales Representative will be our initial point person in establishing relationships that our Account Managers will convert into long-term, trusting relationships, and generating referral sources among several specialties within various healthcare settings. This is primarily an office-based position , based out of our headquarters in Oceanport NJ. There may be the availability of some work from home, but that decision is solely at the discretion of the supervisor, and only after being fully trained and demonstrating significant competence. Role and Responsibilities: * Achieve business goals and corporate objectives * Establish relationships with new accounts * Research and identify new referral sources * Maintain an accurate and current CRM database of all account activity * Work as a team to coordinate with our outside sales and management, targeting high potential accounts and customers and appropriately prioritizing call planning based on customer potential * Maintain in depth knowledge of the product set and unique selling points * Collaborate with sales team to identify/grow opportunities within the territory * Communicate with internal and external stakeholders * Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times * Abide by the Corporate Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and all Company policies and procedures * Adhere to all administrative requirements, including but not limited to expense reporting, call reporting, and business planning Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required. A focus in biological science or related discipline preferred * Pharmaceutical and/or medical industry knowledge preferred but not required * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing * Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment * Ability to thrive in a culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented * Proficient computer skills, including MS Office required Company Description Beacon Infusion Healthcare Services is a rapidly growing national infusion management company delivering top-tier infusion and long-acting injectable services to patients in free-standing patient care centers.
