    We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team! If you are good with technology, organized, and want to help the aging population in their planning journey, then look no further! The paralegal performs a variety of tasks to assist clients with their estate and long-term care planning and also delivers high-quality services to staff and clients while exhibiting a commitment to integrity and excellence. This scope of responsibilities includes prioritizing, managing, and following through on multiple tasks, and communicating effectively, courteously, and professionally with clients and staff members. Responsibilities: • Draft and proofread legal documents and forms for accuracy and consistency, including but not limited to wills, powers of attorney, trusts, deeds, and other documents necessary in the assigned area of law • Oversee printing of documents and file organization for signing appointments • Compile client information and assets into a Client Information and Asset List • Assist with trust funding by completing change forms, corresponding with professionals and companies, ensuring changes are made, and following up with clients as needed • Attend appointments with the attorneys and interact with clients and referral sources serving as witness and/or notary during signing appointments • Perform records research online and at courthouses, including researching deeds, tax assessment cards, and gas leases Qualifications: • An associate degree or some college is preferred • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to handle high-volume workloads • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Maintain punctuality with all tasks and responsibilities Compensation: $19 - $21 Based on Experience
