** $5000 Commitment Bonus Available. **

(Commitment Bonus is paid out: $1250 after 90 days of employment, $1250 after 6 months of employment, $2500 after 18 months of employment)

The RESIDENTIAL REGISTERED NURSE PROGRAM SUPERVISOR is responsible for working with the Treatment Team and Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing and medical care in a behavioral health program. The nursing functions include, but are not limited to, weekly assessments, medication administration, vitals, medical appointments, consultation with physical health physicians and the psychiatrist for the overall medical care for these young individuals who often times experience complex medical needs. Provides administrative supervision to assigned RN's within the program. The program serves adolescents, who may be dually diagnosed with mental health and intellectual developmentally disabled diagnoses, in a trauma informed care environment. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position gives preference to individuals with an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the local community or to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Hold a degree in nursing.
• A licensed registered nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
• One year of management and mental health experience required.
