    Job Description

    We are currently seeking an Human Resources Office Manager for our corporate office in Cromwell!  

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support recruitment with candidate resume review, scheduling and conducting interviews, running CORI, SORI and other background checks to include reference checking
    • Support recruitment with obtaining new hire documents, contracts, onboarding and benefits with our Massachusetts Human Resources Team
    • Conducting orientation for all new hires
    • Assist with operational functions such as monitoring phone calls and emails, receiving intakes/referrals, coordination and submission of operational documentation
    • Assist with reporting, data tracking and data management for EEOC purposes is required
    • Assisting with the CORI and RECORI audits as needed
    • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and professionally
    • Must have strong computer skills specifically in Word and Excel
    • Experience with recruiting and as a generalist is required and a background in human resources in the health care sector a plus
