Job Summary
The Sales Professional I will be responsible for generating sales against BeanStock Ventures SaaS solution, Grassroots DX. Duties include fielding prospect inquiries, creating new opportunities through inbound/outbound sales methods, scheduling appointments, maintaining a healthy and accurate pipeline and CRM and driving new sales. The Sales Professional will run the full sales lifecycle, follow-up and client nurturing efforts for Grassroots DX. This is a quota carrying sales role with targets defined in the commission plan.
** Responsibilities**
- Own the full cycle sales from cold call to close
- Attend sales and marketing meetings
- Administer Sales Process – NDA, MSA, setting up next meeting, CRM data updates, obtain SOW/proposal approvals, gather client inputs needed
- Collaborate with marketing, product and program management organizations
- Draft new sale estimates, proposals
- Prepare sales team/manager/BD
- Conduct Key Account research
- Actively nurture sales process – check and ensure it's happening
- Collect, compile and analyze complex prospect data and information.
- Take the leading role in organic lead and relationship development for assigned prospecting tasks.
- Responsible for initial cold and warm lead calls and follow up.
- Keep internal team informed of changes in client/competitive climate.
- Utilize and update customer relationship management systems (Grassroots Dx, Hubspot, Accelo).
- Initiate frequent, precise, positive, and professional contact daily with prospects.
- Work with prospects and teams to successfully execute near term sales strategy.
- Lead sales presentations and demos of Grassroots DX.
- Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients within the industry.
- Be transparent with what's working and what's not and be a champion for our customers.
- Champions the company culture and core values.
- Desire and ability to train junior or entry level sales reps as the team grows.

- Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
- Ability to drive sales process improvements and implementation.

- Intermediate experience in Windows, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Highly responsive.
- Sufficient at typing 40 words per minute.
- Stable and fast internet connection.
** _ Education and Experience_**
- Bachelor's (desired) or an Associate degree in business, communications, engineering, computer science, or business information systems or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a closing role
- 3-5 years of experience working with key accounts (large strategic fortune 500 companies)
- Experience in medical, regulated and or enterprise sales is desired but not required.
